Class Schedule

HOW TO BOOK

– Check the class schedule

– If you are a new client, feel free to first make an once off individual assessment appointment (R200) before joining classes.

– Either email (info@leciel.studio) or Whatsapp Cecile (+27 79 318 4025) for your assessment or monthly bookings.

All sessions are 45-50 mins long.

Group sessions allow people in studio max, but can cater for online clients at the same time.

Group session schedule (please ask Cecile on availability) :

  • Mondays: 08h30 (Beginner to Intermediate)
  • Tuesdays: 08h00 (Intermediate to Advanced) / 09h30 (Beginner to Intermediate)
  • Wednesdays:  08h00 (Power Pilates) 17h30 (Beginner to Intermediate)
  • Thursdays: 08h00 (Intermediate to Advanced) / 09h30 (Beginner to Intermediate)/ 16h00 (Beginner to Intermediate)

Private classes are for 1-2 people

– Payment methods accepted: EFT / Cash / SnapScan. Please click on the “Packages” tab on the top menu for detail.
